It's September

summer is over.  Children are back to school, holidays are pretty much over, days are getting shorter

BUT and there is always a but............autumn with her glorious colours is on the doorstep.

I accomplished a few things this summer.  I finished up some baby quilts.  I did some cross stitch, I made some gift card holders, I read!!  And I sat!!

Let's start with quilts.  My favourite thing

This is called Paul and Sheldon Paddling and I found it online               at European Textiles over in the next city.

I used a solid dark blue on the back from The Hobby Horse with a variegated OMNI thread and the pantograph was Dragon Wings.  This was donated to a local church for their Christmas bazaar.
Panels are simple easy quilting.  You just layer it, quilt it out and bind.  Done!  Two days max. and you have a donation or a gift.
