and the living is going to be easy.
I've decided to put away the knitting needles and pick up the cross stitch ones. I'm going to get ahead on a few little projects I'll be giving away as gifts.
I love polar bears and this one will be a cinch to stitch out in the afternoons while I sit on the deck. The pattern can be found here:
I have a sort of brown Aida cloth so the white should pop off the fabric. Different coloured scarves for each person.
I may do some quilting if the weather gets hot and humid. I will be reading as I have a stack of books to get through. More are on the way. Indigo keeps having these fabulous sales and who can say "no" to a good book.
Before I leave I have to recommend a book!! The author is from the USA, however she made as many twists and turns in this book like a British mystery show. It was a fantastic read. Heck I would go to bed at 9:30 so I could read before Karl called it a night
Definitely 5*****5!!!
I won’t be posting much—maybe not at all until September. However, I rejoined Instagram. Look for
(let's hope this works!)
It is private so you have to ask to join. There will only be one post per day with an extremely short description. Just photos of the day before or the day before that. Whatever seems just right. Want some photos of rain???? Boy I could spend days taking them.
Have a great summer.
