Little bit of this, little bit of that

Cody chooses his yarn. I send the links, he picks what he likes.  He isn't fussy, he just has different tastes than the old bird.

This was his last choice.  The colourway is "Folklore".  It knitted up okay.  It isn't as lovely as knitting with wool, but this can be tossed in the washer and dryer.  Much easier to care for.

This was what was left after I had knitted this.

I used the ball up because my shipment from Mary Maxim had not arrived for my week-end knitting.  I got a little person's hat and a big pom pom.  Someone will like it!!

The pattern for the cowl was to cast on 30 stitches with a number 7MM needle.  K2, P2 for 6 rows, then P2, K2 for 6 rows.  Knit this up until you have about 46 inches.  Sew the two ends together and there you have it.
