for us and then, we got some bad news. Our next door neighbour was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer. He is undergoing treatment and we are above hoping it works.
I had purchased some fabrics from a line by Marcus Fabrics called ForeverMore. They are "my" colours, but this quilt won't stay here. I made up a bunch of patterns and finally settled for this because I could get it made up just a little bit faster.
The four patches didn't take long to make up. Then I worked on the other blocks for which I have no name. I did discard two fabrics from this line and used a solid and one called Butter Churn Basics by Henry Glass.
I had this done on a Sunday and on the Monday, I took the time to join the blocks.
and this is it. All quilted and ready to hand over.
