Lodge Cast Iron Monkey Bread

I made these in my cast iron skillet because it goes from stove top to oven and that makes only one pan to clean up when done.  This is what you will need.

1 can of Pillsbury Country Biscuits (cut each biscuit into quarters)

3 tablespoons of butter, melted.

1/4 cup sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.  You may want to add more, you may want less.  We love cinnamon.

Melt the butter in the pan, stir in the sugar/cinnamon mixture, coating the bottom of the fry pan.  You may have to swirl it around a bit to make sure the entire bottom of the pan is coated.

Add the quartered biscuits, and they should fill the pan.

Bake according to package directions.........400*F for 8-11 minutes.  Immediately turn the pan over onto a plate.  Scrap up any remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture and top the buns.
