I cut these 5 1/2" square. I lined them with beautiful flannel that I bought somewhere.
I kept track of everything I quilted, everything I sewed and everything I knitted this year.
I took out an old binder, grabbed the sleeves that were in storage, and every time I finished a project I did a little write up about it. I kept them by month. I used the same for the binder pages as the headers for the blog.
Some of the quilts I did from start to finish, others I did for the Oakville Quilters Guild. I managed to do 72 quilts this year. Mostly baby quilts but a few big ones too.
I didn't count up the scarves and hats and cowls for charity. I just know I did them and that is satisfaction enough for me.
There is always a need in a community. I am a firm believer that if you live in a community, and you are able, you give back to that community. You never know when you will be in need.
To all of you Have a Wonderful Merry Christmas.
When you look back for a lot of us 2020 just wasn't that bad after all. I personally have lived through worse and so has the farmer.
I am always grateful I never had to run for my life when an air raid siren went off and you knew bombs were going to be dropped from the sky.
Take care, wear your masks, social distance.
See you in 2021
