all part of the process so you have a new quilt for the living-room during the summer.
Once the fabric arrived, I put the top together and then I had to wait to quilt it. Wednesday is our day for essentials, so we get a break in the middle of the week.
the backing............had to add a bit.......I made it too short
and then it was done. Tommy said it passed inspection
I knit every night. Sometimes I get a hat knitted for a baby, other times it seems to take forever to knit a scarf. The weather turned extremely cold and our Compassion Society was finally able to accept donations.
I thought the yellow yarn was a bit bright for hats, so I made up dishcloths and added a bottle of liquid detergent.
