I'm still a-stash bustin'

I went on EQ and used an old pattern but switched it up a little bit.  I did this one originally with a "rainbow" wideback and a You had me at Meow fabric.  I just pulled the fabrics from what EQ has in their programme

Then I went into my box of fabric.  I just pulled fabrics that would give me 3 1/2" x 6 1/2" pieces.  I wanted 6 of each so I could fiddle around if need be.

I keep my pattern on the flannel wall when I lay my quilts out.  I didn't quite follow the original but it's pretty close.  Three hours of sewing and pressing and the top was put together.  I thought of fall while I did this and that was a big mistake.  I had a heck of a time getting that out of my head when I went to chose a pantograph and the thread.
After a few hours at the computer I decided to use "Woven" for the pantograph and King Tut 954 Shifting Sands, for the thread.
Two nights of binding and it was done.
