I dug through a basket and found more Winnie fabric than I remembered having. That was lovely, I can tell you. My original thought was this....but
fabric was lacking, so I had to change my mind
and then it was done
I found one little piece that I could use for the label
I do love Popcorn for those quilts that I just don't have a pantograph for, that says Winnie! He belongs to Disney and that is licensed so there is no way you will find a pantograph with this wee chap on it
The backing was the same as the one I did for Heather. I had that planned!! But not for the binding
there was a bit of yellow left over so I decided to add that to this quilt.
It is now on the pile. The blocks are 9" finished and it was quick to put together. The light colour is 1 yard or .9M and the blue is 5/8 yard or .6M. The binding is about .3M
It measures about 36" x 36" when you are done.
The thread was Silver Mist -- again. It works on so many quilts. Sometimes you just don't want to see it and this is definitely one of those times. Cause in my mind, Winnie always has to shine.
