I should write things down, but I don't. I wing it and then regret it. I think I bought this in Dundas at the Feathering Quilt shop. Ah-ha, I found it on Instagram and yes I did buy it there.
Two pieces of fabric, one pantograph, two different threads, one orange and one turquoise. I spent a day cutting and storing things away until I could get to it. I do that a lot so I'm ready to go when I have the time.
Every quilter I know has these storage boxes. I have a few of them and won't be buying anymore. As I empty one I set it aside and get ready for the next project.
Of course it was windy. You can't win. You get cloud cover and it gets windy, you get sunshine and you get shadows. Of course, lately we don't know what sunshine is.
Both threads were King Tut.
This fabric was just cute! I can't describe it any other way. I used Animal Crackers on it because they really picked up on the animals on the fabric. This one was done in orangeOf course it was windy. You can't win. You get cloud cover and it gets windy, you get sunshine and you get shadows. Of course, lately we don't know what sunshine is.
That's it. You are caught up with what I've been doing while I took "my break".
They have all been dropped off at Ronald McDonald House in Hamilton
