I bet I've had this for two

years now and I've had so many thoughts about what to do with it.  It is a simple panel called Sew Purrfect from Maywood Studios that I bought at The Hobby Horse.
I also bought a co-ordinate with the intentions of going back when Gail had more in and adding to it. I was going to cut and add, and a whole bunch of things.  Never happened.
Then I had this magnificent idea to embroider parts of it.  That was attempted and dropped.
Then one day I thought why not just stitch it out and make a wall hanging for the sewing room.
On February 12th, I loaded it up on the long arm
 with OMNI-V 9136, called Meterorite
and used the pantograph, Catrina which I know says Apricot Moon, but it is available through Intelligent Quilting.  (Long story, not getting into it.)
It was stitched out in less than an hour and the next day I made the sleeve for it.  This fabric had THE best selvedge I've seen in awhile.  I love how the designers and manufacturers are now doing so much more than little dots along the edge.
By the way, did you know, that each of those "dots" represent every colour in the fabric.  Every.single.solitary.colour
Then when you want to buy coordinating fabric you have them right there to see.
One last shot of this one.  I wanted you to see how the thread stitched out and the length of each colour in the variegation.  One inch!  This is just such a perfect colour for this wallhanging as it doesn't distract from the panel at all.
and it's on the wall!!
