ooooooo, maybe it's about those cookies!!!
Now onto other things. I finally have my penguin block nearly done. Boy it doesn't help to have holidays the first of the month. It's taken me this long to get to it.
I love placement sheets but as these blocks don't have them I get out my rulers and measure, measure, measure. I'm quite serious about that!
I should have auditioned one fabric, but I didn't. I know better than that so when it fails
and this one did......can you see the mistletoe berries????
you grab your crayons and colour the fabric a different colour.
I plan on sewing around these with a variegated pink thread to help make them stand out a bit more.
The sewing to be done.....today and put away until the first of August!
