EQ.......again

I am learning EQ7.  I am taking classes in two different places.  One is on my quilting forum and Angie is giving us one on her website.  It is a challenge -- well both of them are -- however, this one is all about coffee and its a wallhanging for I don't know where.  It won't fit in my kitchen, I know that for sure.

I don't see the sense in buying software and not getting the most out of it you can, so as both of these are different I decided to go for it!  I have done all the classes on the quilting forum -- which you saw yesterday -- but the one from Angie I'm taking a step further.

I figured if I was going to learn something I should take it to the next level.  I decided to make the quilt as well as do the lessons.  The quilt is called Coffee Lover and I do like coffee..........not a lover of it............but a liker.  I only like coffee, not any of the new flavoured things you can buy nowadays.  I do not go to Starbucks, Tim Hortons or Second Cup.  What I do love is the aroma.  Nothing better than smelling the fresh ground beans of coffee. Decadent in my humble opinion.

Now before you all fly over to Angie's website and want this pattern, its not free.  You must have EQ7 in your computer and you must be a member.  Hehehehehehehe, I have both!

Here is the first block.  I fused and cut a week ago but didn't like the colour of the one mug's trim.  I took out my coloured pencils and added some depth to the rims.  Its better now................not perfect, but better!
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, a bit blurry.

You may click on the photo to enlarge it.  It will take time to come up.

Guess I didn't focus the shot properly.  I'll do better the next time
