I subscribe to Jacquelynne Steeves -- The Art of Home. Back in September this was being given away

I downloaded it, pressed some freezer paper on the side of the fabric I wanted to use and traced it out with a regular everyday pencil.

I had a fabric chosen but when I flipped it, I knew it wasn't going to work, so I pulled another one, called Wooly Stars from Benartex and it was the one!!

I goofed the first choice of threads and I think you can see why.

It did look good up close!!

It didn't take long to pull it all out and start again. This time I chose wisely and it worked!!

I have no idea what I'm going to do with this. I'm kind of hoping a winter one may be coming, then spring, then summer and then I could make a little wall hanging for the sewing room. For now it is in "storage" until a wise decision is made.
