Ideas are like

rabbits.  I have one and then from that I get another and it just keeps on going.

I bought these two fabrics from Weave and Woven (watch out when you order, it's in yards, not meters).  That caught me a bit so next time I will be aware.
The idea for this came from the Aesop's Fable, The Tortoise and the Hare from the Library of Congress.  This fable is no longer copyright as the author has been dead for more than 50 years.
Then I thought why not a colouring page of a bunny, so I did some research and found the perfect one.  It reminds me of the story book I had as a child with the tortoise -- well you know what happened.
It is a free download from Education.com.  Pop both of the cardstocks in the pocket and for those that can't afford a book, there is something there.
Then I came up with this.  I had left over fabric from a previous project so I made a 6 x 3 patch.  They were cut 3 1/2" for something else and these had to go.  If I kept it I wouldn't be able to buy new.  It's one of my many rules.  I'm going to check the dollar store for a colouring book for this one.  We shall see.  The perfect pantograph again.  One more of these and I'm out of children's fabrics -- I think.

A 6 x 3 patch!!  I used the blue fabric for the handle.  I have a tiny little piece left.  We'll see where that goes
Yes, you have to use all the fabric, so bind the back with it.

This is called bunnies and flowers and then I discovered it wasn't a flower on the one fabric, but a snail!!  It's about the old eyes.  However, the white fabric has three different flowers so I'm alright.

And then I did it again.  I had another colour fabric that would work with the white.  A soft, lovely shade of mint green.  I only had enough for the front, so I added a fabric that I have had for a long time and used that inside the pocket, the handle and the trim.  And yes, that trim is done by machine.  I'm getting rather good at it.

These pillows can be pretty much made the way you want them to.  I do add fusible interfacing to the pocket but I always press it to the lining, not the front piece.  The weight of the pillow keeps the pocket in place even with books, or stuffies, or print-offs from the internet.
