 Sometimes the quilt gives you the idea for the pantograph

and sometimes the fabric tells you which thread to use.

The pantograph is called Busy Bees.  Two nights of sewing the binding down and it was done.  The colours are slightly off because I chose to go out to the front of the house, in the shade, by our fern that did so well this summer.  We plan to split this up and get a few plants out of it for next year.  

Here's a link to a great modern pattern.  It is so easy to make up and doesn't take a lot of fabric.  You probably have enough in your stash. The pattern is called Punch Lines and it's -- FREE!!
