So many years ago, so many quilts done since then.  That's when I started this quilt.

The blocks were all appliqued and then it sat here.  I needed a different layout so it would fit our queen size bed.

I finally came up with it.  

I had to do the sashings first.  I got the painter's tape on my ruler so I wouldn't make a mistake.

 I sewed them all together and had the blocks sewn together........widthwise

 Then I did the four other sashings with cornerstones that were so easy to do.

Day three saw the first border sewn on.

                                                

Day four saw another border

 and then I spent a Saturday afternoon finishing it off.  I was done fiddling around.  I measured it to do the pantograph and it is 75" long x 91" wide so it will fit our bed nicely.
