Loved her to the moon and back

Our beautiful girl was put to sleep today.
Misty has had a history of health problems since the day we brought her home.
Her kidneys were one of this issues and she lived with a bad heart murmur.
Lately it was the onset of asthma.
Last night we made the gut wrenching decision to talk to our vet
today and get her opinion.
There was very little they could do for her anymore.
She has been on medication for most of her very short life.
We didn't think we could let her go on anymore.
Today at 3:20 we let her go.
She is in a better place.
She will no longer suffer
 with her heart
with her kidneys.
When she was feeling good, she was the most amazing companion any two people could ask for.
We will miss her dreadfully

We are going to bring her home in about a week's time and she will be with the dogs who will protect and look after her.

Good-bye Princess Precious.  I loved you to bits.

Oh, Bev......I'm so sorry......this would have been so difficult for you both. We had to do the same for our dear old Binky last year, and even though we knew it was for her sake (her kidneys were failing, she was 17) it was such a hard thing to do.
