Lots of time for these

Time to browse the internet again and this time I was thinking "spring".

I love to knit in the evenings and this year I've been prolific!  I'm now making Christmas gifts for my kids and their kids.  Hats mainly, but someone did request scarves for when she walks her dogs.
Our next holiday in Canada is Easter.....we are off on Good Friday and some lucky people get Easter Monday too.  Not me, I get every day of the year.

Mark Lipinski posted this link for the gals that crochet.

so I went looking for one for those of us that are only knitters http://itsmesarah.typepad.com/Freebies/Sunny%20Bunny.pdf
Are you into children's quilts????  I love this and you can take it loads of places.....butterflies in the sky........flowers in the garden......

If you want to make up a quick project for Easter, this will add some color to your room.....

The next link involves a bit of embroidery, but if you don't do that, you could use permanent pen for the wording.

and lastly......
This is one I've always liked no make that loved!  This is going on my "to do" list.

the only thing I don't like about this link is there is no PDF!  The appliqué patterns you can download, but not the instructions.
Awhile ago I mentioned Springpad.....an online place to keep track of things and keep them private.
I've been doing very well keeping up.  Here's a peak at my quilting page.  I keep notes about each piece, photos, who received them, and I should have put the sizes down, but I didn't.  I've also given myself a link to the blog to see what I've written about them.
