Every year we take a little gift to each of the girls in our doctor's office.  There are 7 of them.........it is a practice with a few doctors, not only ours.  Every year whether one of the girls is there to accept her gift or not, we receive a thank you card.  This was the verse on the front from the card she sent this year.
