In 1997 a very special feature appeared in the comic section of the newspaper. It was written by Lynn Johnston, a fabulous cartoonist who resides in Ontario. Her "cartoons" were always about one family, but none in particular. So many of them seemed to say to me "hey, that's my crew!" I clipped out a lot of them over the years and put them on the fridge. The kids could see themselves or maybe Mom or Dad.
This one really struck me. So many were special, but this one.....................
