I'm doing fairly well

My word for this year is commitment.  It isn't always easy for me to follow through on some things, like block of the month!  So far, so good.
I decided the best way for me to stay focused, to stay committed, to get projects done was to set up at the first of each month what I wanted to do.
Last month it was to complete one quilt top, the backing and the binding.  I also wanted two quilts finished on the long arm and I wanted them bound.
Well, they are done.

The first quilt was one I designed myself from a piece of fabric I had ordered from Patchwork Fabrics, in Slave Lake, AB.  Linda always seems to have what I like and as we I live just down the road and around the corner, I phone her and she mails it out to me.

The panto we used is called Foxy's Friends and is from Anne Bright Designs.

As I stood and watched this being stitched out I was really happy with the outcome.

 and we finally got snow, so I bound it quickly and ran outside and did my photography thing.  It's too bad the snow was melting faster than I could stitch!
It's in the basket waiting for us to head over to Ronald McDonald House in Hamilton.

Now for some odd reason, I didn't take any photos of the other quilt while it was stitching out.
It has been in the house for a long, long time and always seemed to get bumped from the line of quilts to be done.
It is a free pattern from Moda called Candy Circle.  I went back and checked and it was offered on February 19th, 2014, so it definitely was time to get it finished.
I bought the same line of fabric as used in the pattern from the Fat Quarter Shop in Texas.........a really good online company to deal with.  If our dollar was better I would be ordering more, but it isn't so the buck stays home!
Anne chose a panto called Champagne Bubbles, again by Anne Bright which made great big circles on the quilt and carried the theme of the quilt one more step.
It is done too.  It is also in the box for Ronald McDonald House.

Now this back has some "uuuuuumph" to it!

 This month I have 4 quilts to be long armed.  One is so old, I can't even find it online to get a date for it.  It was a block of the month at the quilt shop I worked in.  I'm having it done by Deborah who owns the Village Square Quilt Shop.
The other two are going to Anne.  They are both quilts for toddlers.  They are the exact same size so she can do the same panto on both of them.
The next project that is in the box is my work for the month along with my blocks from B. Dieges and Ula.

I'm going to do a list each month until I see the bottom of the box.  

I'm going to long arm something each month so they are done!

This month is my "All Boxed In" quilt for me to do.

I should stay out of trouble if nothing else.

I did get that binding sewn down!
