F.i.n.a.l.l.y!

I was able to get over to visit the new quilt shop in Burlington.
Have you read the book series by Marie Bostwick.......the Cobbled Court Series.....this is how I imagined in my mind the store would look like.  I wasn't disappointed.  Yes, you do walk down a bit of an "alleyway" to get to the door.  It was fabulous.  Some of the best shops in the world are tucked away in little alcoves and alleys.

The inside of the shop is fabulous.
Beautiful high ceilings
Beautiful lighting
and best of all
fabulous, fantastic.........
jelly rolls and layer cakes
gorgeous quilts on display
A Christmas corner
No, the snowman isn't for sale.  Deborah calls it "her buddy".

We bought some......Karen and I.  Freda and Margery bought some too, but I couldn't stick around to get a photo.  Gorgeous fabrics.

I also bought the barn red to go with the panel I bought recently.  It is for the sashing and binding of the quilt.
Drop by and say hello.
