Off the Wall

and Under the Covers
That was the name of the Mississauga Quilters Guild Quilt Show we all went to on the 20th.
It was fabulous.  I have no idea how many quilts there were, I didn't count.  I had some awesome favourites I can tell when I walked out of the arena.  You will too after you watch the show.
I'll let you think about which ones I liked and which ones I would love to make and which ones I would never make.
Enjoy.  We certainly did!

Then it's off to Ottawa to take in the show there.
Festival of Quilts put on by the Ottawa Valley Quilters Guild.  The link for this show is:

Wow!!! There will be 24 vendors there.  Better take my money with me.
The one after that is at the Wellington County Museum and Karl and I always go to it.  We take a day and travel up to Fergus at a leisurely pace, take in the show, called Threadworks, have our lunch out and then I go shoe shopping!  It doesn't get any better than that.

I might be able to make this one in June and then that's it til the fall.  Its up in Alliston, Ontario.....farm county and a beautiful drive.

I can't list all the shows but you can check out this page and see what's on in your area.  I wish I lived closer to Elliot Lake, Grand Bend, Mount Forest so I could travel up or over to spend a day drooling over the quilts.
